Best Long Animation – In the Stop Motion world, anything over 30 seconds is long, so this category features films over 30 seconds long (including the credits).
Best Short Animation – Since Long Animation is over 30 seconds, the short film category is for films lasting 30 seconds or less (including credits).
Best Technical Achievement – This category will feature films where sound effects and/or visual effects have been incorporated into the final production.
For the Premier Awards, a shortlist of films will be selected from those posted on You Tube as at midnight EST on July 8th 2007. The shortlist of films will be posted below and will be scrutinized by a panel of judges and a winner selected for each category.
Winners will be announced during Comic Con International in San Diego (July 25-29) and posted here.
